<br />Special City Council Minutes - 11/07/02 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Northwestern College Bonds - Request for Resolution <br />Approval <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, a motion to approve <br />Resolution No. 10046 entitled, "Resolution Providing for the <br />Issuance and Sale of Variable Rate Den1and Private School <br />Facility Revenue Bonds to Provide Funds for a Project on <br />Behalf of Northwestern College." <br /> <br />Klausing stated his reasons for voting against this Resolution. <br />Kysylyczyn stated his reasons for voting for this Resolution. <br />Klausing and Kysylyczyn asked that all information about the <br />Northwestern College Bond issue be made available to the <br />public - including the indemnification language discussed at <br />previous Council meetings.
