Comprehensive Plan Update (PF 3434) <br />Community Development Director Welsch provided a <br />brief overview of proposed annual (2002) revisions being <br />made in the City's Comprehensive Plans, and 2003 Capital <br />Improvement Program declarations consistent with the <br />Comprehensive Plan. Mr. Welsch stated that revisions <br />represented no new significant policy issues at this time, <br />but Council action was anticipated in January of 2003 <br />when the revisions would be brought forward for final <br />Council consideration. <br /> <br />No action required. <br /> <br />Comprehensive <br />Plan Update <br />(PF 3434) <br /> <br />H.
