No one <br />appeared for or against. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn clarified that no written comment had <br />been received by the Administration Department. Consider Arona Memorandum of Understanding <br />(delayed at United Properties' Request) <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch advised <br />that, due to a number of outstanding issues (i.e., holding <br />ponds; Terrace Drive; park improvements; and private <br />pathway system), staff would required another three to <br />four weeks to prepare for a Council presentation of the <br />proj ect. <br /> <br />B.
