Roll Call <br /> <br />Roll Call: (Voting Order): Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka, and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Call to Order Call to Order <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and <br />welcomed everyone to the Roseville City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called for public comnlent by members of <br />the audience. <br />A. Dick Lambert, 800 Brenner Avenue <br />Mr. Lambert, on behalf of the Roseville Citizens Council <br />for Fair and Open Government, read a written <br />"Commendation for Roseville City Staff and Leaders," <br />expressing their congratulations and appreciation to the <br />Roseville City staff and citizen leaders responsible for the <br />achievements realized by outstanding city services and <br />low taxes. <br /> <br />Public <br />Comment <br /> <br />B. Carol Kough, 2931 Asbury Street <br />Ms. Kough expressed her concern regarding the number of <br />Roseville Citizens Council for Fair and Open Government <br />(RCC) "Save Roseville" signs that remained in yards even <br />after the recent election. Ms. Kough asked that she had <br />heard several negative comments about the signs still <br />being out, and asked that they be removed at least during <br />the holiday. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough concurred with the plea of Mrs. <br />Kough, stating that the signs had served their purpose, and <br />asked that the signs be removed. <br /> <br />Review Agenda <br /> <br />Review <br />
