<br />allow for taping (not broadcasting) of meetings if the majority of the
<br />Council approved, or if not, they'd be selected by resume, no

<br />accepting the work completed as the 1999 Park Improvement
<br />Project (PIP) as outlined in the Request for Council Action Report
<br />dated November 27, 2000, starting the one-year warranty and
<br />authorizing final payment of $32,437.63. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br />area agreement with Waverider Communications, Incorporated and
<br />upon final review by the City Attorney, to authorize the Mayor and
