Land Use <br /> <br />I -1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt a resolution to approve Engelsma LLP <br />a conditional use permit for Engelsma Limited Partnership LLP for Licensed Bingo Hall <br />a conditional use permit to operate an 11,650 sq. ft. amusement 2807 Hamline Avenue <br />establishment as a licensed bingo hall in Hamline Center, 2807 (PF3251) <br />Hamline Avenue North, based on the findings outlined in Section 3 <br />of the project report and with the following conditions: <br />A. Englesma Limited Partnership LLP must successfully <br />obtain a bingo license from the City of Roseville. <br />B. Hours of operation shall be no later than 10:45 p.m. on <br />Sunday to Thursday and 12:45 a.m. on Saturday and <br />Sunday. <br />C. Replaced roof top mechanical units shall be screeded <br />per Section 1010.07 of the Roseville City Code. <br />D. Parking lot lighting plan shall be brought into <br />conformance (foot-candles and downcast lighting) <br />with Section 1010.12 and the heightened requirements <br />of Section 1006.02 of the Roseville City Code. <br />E. All off-street parking within 300 feet of residential <br />properties shall be screened according to the <br />heightened requirements of Section 1006.02 of the <br />Roseville City Code. <br />F. Any signage for the bingo hall shall meet the <br />requirement of 1009.03 or the Roseville City Code. <br />G. Trash containers shall meet City enclosure and / or <br />screening requirements. <br />H. Seating in the bingo hall shall be limited to 300 seats. <br />I. No serving or license to serve alcohol shall be allowed <br />on the premises. <br />J. If a building permit and construction activity have not <br />begun within six months of the CUP approval, the <br />CUP shall be considered null and void. <br />
