<br />City Council Minutes - 10/23/00, continued on 10/30/00 <br />Page 7 <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka and Mastel. Nays: Goedeke, Wi ski and <br />Kysylyczyn. Motion failed. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, to instruct the City Attorney to <br />put together the materials, to deny the Conditional Use Permit on the <br />basis of not being compatible with adjoining properties, its impacts <br />on traffic and public facilities, its impact on property value, impacts <br />on general health, safety, welfare and non-compatibility with the <br />Roseville Comprehensive Plan; specifically, the parking dilemma, <br />and impacts on parking, and specifically the neighborhood retail <br />center versus the amusement/entertainment center: to instruct the <br />City Attorney to prepare a clear statement of findings for denial <br />which are the basis for the City Council's previous roll call vote. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: <br />Mastel. <br /> <br />1-2 <br /> <br />This item was considered after 1-3 <br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to approve variances <br />for Roberta Sladky, 382 }~orth I\1cCarrons Boulevard, including: a <br />2.1 foot west side yard setback variance; a 52 foot lot width variance <br />at the shoreline; and a 42 foot house setback variance from the shore <br />line for the reconstruction of an attached four season porch, from <br />Section 1016.22Al (Non-conformities), Section 1016.16 (Structure <br />Design Standards), and Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions <br />and Appearances and Height, Frontage, Yard and Lot Area <br />Requirements in R-l Districts) of the Roseville City Code, with <br />findings as listed in Section 5.1 of the project report. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: Goedeke. <br /> <br />1-3 <br /> <br />This item was considered after H-2. <br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to approve the 13.6 <br />foot front yard setback variance request by David Kenney, 3062 <br />West Owasso Boulevard, for a detached garage and non-living area <br />study area, from Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions, <br />Frontage, Yard and Lot Area Requirements in R-l Districts) of the <br />Roseville City Code. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, <br />Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Without objection, Kysylyczyn move to Item 1-2. <br /> <br />J.
