<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 14th day of August, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Ihlan, Pust, Maschka, Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10423 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH ~1005.015 AND ~1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR WALSER <br />AUTOMOTIVE GROUP, <br />AND THE PROPERTY AT 2770 HIGHWAY 35W (PF3775). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Walser Automotive Group (in cooperation with Wally McCarthy Auto <br />Group) has requested a CONDITIUONAL USE PERMIT to redevelop the former McCarthy <br />GMC Pontiac dealership at 2770 Highway 35W in accordance with S1005.015 and SI013.01 of <br />the Roseville City Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: <br /> <br />LOT 3, BLOCK 1, PARRANTO INDUSTRIAL PARK, <br />SUBJECT TO POND EASEMENT - DOCUMENT NO. 2322223 <br />(PIN 05-29-23-41-0005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, <br />which is as follows: <br /> <br />a. Impact on traffic <br />b. Impacts on parks, streets and other publicfacilities <br />c. Compatibility of the site plan, internal circulation, landscaping and structure with <br />contiguous properties <br />d. Impact of the use on market value of contiguous properties <br />e. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare <br />f. Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Walser Automotive Group request on July 12,2006, recommending (5-1) approval of the <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow reconstruction of the former McCarthy GMC Pontiac <br />dealership, subject to 12 conditions; <br /> <br />1 <br />
