<br />11. The Walser Buick, Pontiac, and GMC Truck dealership structure shall be <br />comprised of pre-colored decorative block, composite metal panels, and anodized <br />aluminum storefront glazing (windows and doors). In addition, the applicant shall <br />work with City Staff on a design that breaks up the north wall mass, as well as <br />portions of the south, east and west walls, with a combination of block and/or <br />other masonry products. <br /> <br />12. Review and approval of the utility, grading, and storm water drainage plan for the <br />site by the Rice Creek Watershed and the Roseville Public Works Department. <br /> <br />13. All rooftop mechanical units shall be screened from view per Section 1010.07 of <br />the Roseville City Code. The installation of a fence screen is prohibited. <br /> <br />14. The CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT shall expire within 6 months after the <br />approval date (August 14, 2006) unless the applicant has been granted a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Ihlan, Pust, <br />Maschka, Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />3 <br />
