" <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough; Maschka; Ihlan; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />4.a <br /> <br />Reimbursable Twin Lakes Expenses <br />Interim City Manager Miller briefly reviewed the costs for <br />Tax Increment District #17 related to professional services <br />for the Twin Lakes Project; noting that both have been <br />submitted to developers for payment and had been <br />reimbursed. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Pust seconded, approval of the following <br />claims and payments as presented, and scheduled for <br />reimbursement by Rottlund Homes: <br /> <br />ACH Payments $225.00 <br />Check #45162 45,266.13 <br />Total $45,491.13 <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough; Maschka; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: Ihlan. <br /> <br />Recognitions, Donations, Communications <br /> <br />5.a <br /> <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Update <br />from Councilmember Maschka <br />Councilmember Maschka, as Council Liaison to the HRA, <br />updated Councilmembers and the public on recent activities <br />of the HRA, including the Public Hearing for rental housing <br />issues, opining that the proposed recommendation from the <br />HRA was an effective approach, that the Hearing went very <br />well, and that the recommendation would soon be coming <br />before the City Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka updated Councilmembers on <br />ongoing discussions regarding the Har Mar Apartment <br />project that will also soon be coming before the City <br /> <br />Reimbursable Twin <br />Lakes Expenses <br /> <br />Recognitions, <br />Donations, <br />Communications <br /> <br />HRA Update <br />Councilmember <br />Maschka <br />
