Respondents initially rated City services and policies which affect their neighborhood. <br />Next, a short series of questions requested perceptions of city property taxes from a number of <br />perspectives, future tax policy, and the current array of city services. Finally, residents were <br />queried about the specific share of operating costs the City of Roseville should contribute to the <br />provision of a number of city services. <br />City Service E�aluations <br />Residents were instructed: <br />1 will name some things that affect neighbnrhnods. <br />Please tell me how well ynu think Roseville City <br />Government dves in dealing with them. They were lower among men and Precincts One, Two and Three <br />residents. <br />City inspection of homes and yards <br />Forty-two percent rated the city inspection of homes and yards positively, while twclve percent <br />were more negative in their evaluations: <br />36 <br />
