Respondents initially rated City services and policies which affect their neighborhood. Next, a short series of questions requested perceptions of city property taxes from a number of perspectives, future tax policy, and the current array of city services. Finally, residents were queried about the specific share of operating costs the City of Roseville should contribute to the provision of a number of city services. Ratings were higher among forty-five to sixty-four year olds, women and Precincts Four, Five, Six and Seven residents. They were lower among men and Precincts One, Two and Three residents.
