Some are funded exclz�sively through general <br />trxx revenues and resiclents using the service pay noth- <br />in� or only a nominal amount for it. Some are_ funded <br />totally through user fees, where users pay a charge suf� <br />ficiently high to co!�er ull the costs associaled with <br />the progt-um. And, in some cases, progf-ams and serv- <br />ices are Partially paid_fot' with generul tax revenues <br />and partially through user fees. <br />I would like to read you a list of several city services. <br />For each one, please tell me if you feel it should be <br />funded totally through general tax revenues, a co.mh- <br />ination of tax revenues and user fees, or tntally through <br />user fees. (IF RESPONDF'NT CHOOSES "COMB- <br />INATION, "ASK.)
