Review codes periodically to encouxage maintenance and <br />upgrading of property. <br />. Maintain and develap close knit neighborhoods far single <br />and multi unit dwellings. <br />- Encourage Crime Watch, block parties, and other <br />neighbarhood events. <br />- Promote cammunity events {i.e. education, Rosefest, and <br />other Parks and Recreation Department events, etc.). <br />- Utilize resources, including the Human Rights <br />Commission, cable access, Newsletter, and local <br />newspapers, to educate the community regarding human <br />rights. � <br />- Encourage physical attributes to neighborliness (i.e. <br />front porches, walkways, community rooms in multifamily <br />housing, neighborhood parks, etc.). <br />- Enhance Roseville's identity through signage at major <br />entrance points, gardens, and other such amenities. <br />- Encourage and expanding programs which will allow <br />seniors to remain in their homes and neighborhoods <br />longer. � <br />.
