To develop and implement a comprehensive trail system p�an <br />allowing residents to enjoy recreational, civic, cu�tural, <br />and leisuxe activities throughout Roseville. This plan <br />would provide for nonmotorized pathways of all types which <br />do more than.merely connect areas.
