The report consisted af three sections: <br />I. Defining Public Safety. <br />II. A Vision Statement. <br />III. Goals and Strategies. <br />There were no changes in Section I. <br />There was some discussion on the tone and tense of the Vision <br />Statement, Section II. Some adjustments were made ta: <br />i. <br />2. <br />Have the Vision read as if it were a statement made in the <br />future describir�g Roseville as it is in the year 2000+. <br />Make the Vision more obtainable, i.e. not zero crime but <br />greatly reduced cri�e rates. <br />The majority af time was spent on reviewing and ad�usting the three <br />pages of Section ITI - Goals and Strategies.
