This committee would discuss <br />transportation issues on an ongoinq ba�is. <br />o Mike suggested that sidewalks should not be addressed as part of <br />this group's report, but tather �hould be noted as an important <br />issue for a different study group, perhaps the ieisure qroup. Tam <br />felt that pedestrian movement is a mode of transportation and has <br />elements not associated with lefsure. <br />o The group discussed when a visfon statement should be prepared. <br />Some members felt that a v�sion statement ahould be prepared before <br />we discu�s issuee in detail. Other members felt issues should be <br />discussed first and then a vision statement prepared that followed <br />from those discussions. It �ras agreed that the group would prepare <br />a vision statement after issues have been diBCUSSed.� People were <br />
