Yt was noted that transportation was identified as the <br />second highest area of interest. <br />o Steve provided information on how the numerous categories were <br />narrowed down to six study groups. In addition, he explained a <br />number of common issues were identified that fit into all the <br />identified categories. <br />o Discus�ed the scope of the study group. Thor Bank distributed a <br />list of items he felt were included in transportation. <br />o The group prepared a list o€ 26 items, aIl related to transportation. <br />This list was organized into four categories: <br />1. Standards/policies <br />2. Commercial/industrial <br />' 3. Mass transit <br />4. Individua� <br />The category ^individual" was divided into non-motorized and <br />motorized. A swmmary of the four categories follows: <br />1. Standards/policies <br />a. Noise <br />b. Pigelines <br />c. Major arterials/inter-governmental <br />d. Road markings <br />
