ROSEV[LI,E RESIDEN'P SURVF,Y <br />On Jarivary 22, 2002, a third mailing was sent to all individuals who had aot yet returned <br />� their survey. This mailing was identical procedurally to the first mailing and included a copy <br />af the questionnaire, a rerninder cover letter, and a self-addressed, stamped return envelope. <br />Copies of the cover letters anc3 postcard are presented in Appendix C. <br />�.-■ �� .�� • �� � �- ►�. �� <br />The three mailings were cotnpleted by the staff in the Administration Department at the City <br />of Roseville. Questionnaires were returned directly to MCSR and were coded with the return <br />date. `Returr� to Sender' mail sent to the City of Roseville was delivered to MCSR at tl�e end <br />of the survey period. <br />.- :- ■� <br />Returned surveys were counted to trac� sample status and response rate.
