Staff recommended approval ofthe request. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, tabling action on this request; <br />and authorizing staff to provide written extension of the 60-day <br />review period for this land use case. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing sought rationale from Councilmember Maschka <br />for his proposed action. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka advised that, as previously discussed by <br />Councilmembers, he intended to pursue similar action for another <br />case on tonight's agenda, with further intent to place a <br />moratorium on residential lot splits for a thorough review by staff, <br />the City Attorney, and the City Council. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough; Maschka and Ihlan. <br /> <br />Reconsider <br />Minor Subdivision <br />156 W oodlyn <br />
