This report does not address solid wastes as generated by �ocal � <br />indus�rial, commercial or larqe apartment/candominium generators, <br />nor does it include hazazdous or special wastes, as all af these � <br />are outside the scope of this Comntittee's responsibility. They <br />are dealt with in the Council's Guide/Policy Plan the Ramsey <br />County's Master Plan, and by the Minnesota �oiiut�on Control � <br />Agenc�. <br />Although uszng refuse ash and sewage sludge ta produce aggregate <br />for concrete is outside the realm of this Committee's work, one � <br />of our membexs is experienced in this technology.
