The
HRA concluded that they would have HRA Executive
Director Cathy Bennett explore a public/private partnership
and assist Westwood in finding private financing, as
identified by HRA Commissioner Masche.

Councilmember Pust advised that the City Council would
receive a recommendation from staff at their December 18,
2006 meeting, where the Public Hearing was scheduled on
this petition request, that the item be continued, with no
resolution while further study and analysis on private
financing options for the Homeowners Association were
studied.

Recognitions,
Donations,
Communications

HRA Update by
Councilmember
Maschka
