<br />Dona Bacon <br />Bench Handout <br />Resolution re: <br />City Manager Negotiations <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseviIIe, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 28th day of November, <br />2006, at 4:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. <br /> <br />Resolution Authorizing the City Council to establish a Committee consisting of <br /> <br />to Negotiate the Best Terms Possible with the Chosen Applicant for City Manager <br />and bring the Contract back to the full Council for Discussion and Approval <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of RoseviIIe, <br />Minnesota establishes a committee consisting of <br />to negotiate, but not <br />bind, the best terms possible with the chosen applicant and bring back to <br />the full Council the proposed contract for discussion and potential <br />approval. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
