Assist individuals and families in implementing basic criine prevention strategies to avoid reliance on police as the primary mcans of ensuria�g public safety. o�nforce a curfew ordinance consistently tliroughou� the community. o Develop and train neighborhood watch groups in I OQ percent of Roseville ■ In 2Q03 there are no�� a total or 180 crime watcli blocks neigllborhoods and to assist such groups in remaining active and visible. o Develop and implement comprehensive leisure prograrn options for school age children and youth with emphasis upon non-athletic alternatives.
