Since most PUD's are unique it stands to reason that the Master Sign Plan <br /> would be a good mechanism to use given some of the challenges and constraints that may be <br /> present on a lot or parcel verses having to amend the PUD just for signage. My recollection is <br /> that most PUD's approved in my years as City Planner were done so with the requirement of <br /> the signage requirements at the time and not specific language. Centre Pointe is a good <br /> example of a PUD that the MSP works well to assist each property with signage needs and <br /> limitations. <br /> Also, I have added in"Unified Development" in those instances where a PUD does not cover <br /> similar types of developments, such as the area that includes Starbucks Coffee, Golfsmith and <br /> M & IBank. <br /> Should there be any further questions,please feel free to email of call me. <br /> Thomas R.
