<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE
<br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA

<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville,
<br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville,
<br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of November, 2006, at 6:00 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Pust, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing and the following
<br />were absent: none
<br />
<br />Council member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION 10451
<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS
<br />FOR 2006 Pond/Storm Sewer Maintenance (ST-06-15)
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and
<br />specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on
<br />Wednesday, November 8, 2006, at II :00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law; AND
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the portion ofthe work included in the bid located within the City of Falcon Heights has been
<br />removed from the overall contract award;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the removal of this work does not change the low bidder for the proposed work;
<br />
<br />AND WHEREAS the following bids were received complying with the advertisement and are adjusted to
<br />exclude the work within the City of Falcon Heights:
