<br />2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />I. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Minnesota <br />Specialized Excavating, Inc., for $78,796.99 in the name of the City of Roseville for the above <br />improvements according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City <br />Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained <br />until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Klausing and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor Pust, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing and the <br />following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
