But, a mixed development, as long as <br />it included a focus upon those two camponents, could also be <br />undertaken without a massive back-lash. <br />Balance: <br />Respondents were asked about the current balance of types of <br />development: <br />Currently, do you feel the City of <br />Roseville contains a reasonable <br />balanca of the variaus types of <br />development? <br />Eighty-four percent were cantent with the current mix: <br />YES.......................................$4% <br />NO.---•--• ................................12$ <br />DON'T KNOW/REFUSED .........................5% <br />Only twelve percent expressed dissatisfaction, and they were <br />scattered across the sample. <br />Criticism of the current development mix, then, is limited. <br />Future Development Initiatives: <br />Citizens were instructed: <br />The City could undertake many differ- <br />ent initiatives to attract or discourage <br />various types of future development. <br />For each of the followinq cateqories, <br />please tell me if you feel the City of <br />Roseville should act aqqressively to <br />attract that type of qro�th, act aqqres- <br />sively to discouraqe that type of <br />qrowth, or take no action one way or <br />the other.
