COMM[7NICATIONS CHANNELS <br />Roseville residents were asked a number of questions abaut <br />the ways in which they gather information about their community <br />and their city government. There is a general reliance on loca� <br />newspapers for information, although the reach and readership ot <br />the city newsletter is good. Forty-three percent of the <br />households reported subscribing to cable television; of those <br />households, about forty percent occasionally watched local <br />programming. But, in terms of electronic reach, less than twenty <br />percent of the community can or does view these programs.
