Eliminate the operating fund deficit and reduce the need for cash flow <br />borrowing by June 30, 2008. <br />2. �mprove current educational �acilities through the prudent sale of non- <br />productive assets and the Alternative Faciiity Levy. <br />3. Distribute resources to achieve district goals. <br />
