He will talk aboui conflict resolution. <br />Acizng Chair Phil Crump called ihe rn.eeting to order at 7: i5 p.m. in the Roseville City <br />Council Chaxnbers. <br />Approve Mxz�utes <br />Commissioner Voeller moved and Comiriissioner Karen Vnuk seconded approval of #�e <br />Decernber minuies. Moiion passed. <br />Essay Contest <br />Commissioners tabulated the scores of the top 33 essays. The scores were extrernely close, <br />witl� ihe top two essays tied.
