Reynolds serves <br />as Assistant General Counsel at <br />Great Plains Energy, Inc. <br />(GPE), an .integrated electric <br />uti�ity: A.s Assistant General <br />Counsel, Reymolds provides <br />strategic advice to GPE <br />executives and xnanages tlae <br />day-to-day operations of the <br />company's law department. <br />Prior to joining GPE, <br />Reynalds servec� as a Deputy <br />l�ssociate Attorncy Gencral in <br />the U.S. Department of Justicc. <br />�Te provided legai and strategic <br />advice to the Associate Attorney <br />General on matters ranging <br />from terrorism-related litigation to spent fuel litigation. <br />Reynolcls also provided oversight for several litigation <br />components within thc Department's Civi1 Division, <br />including consumer protection and irxxmigration. <br />In March of 2002, �'resident George W.
