ROSEVILLE PARKS AND RECREATION <br />Roseville Skating Center <br />Room Policies <br />{approved 9/28/98} <br />(modified 7-23-01) <br />A. Purpose <br />The rooms of the Roseville Skating Center shall be used to provide <br />community socia�, recreational and public interest activities and to provide <br />financiai support for the operation of the Rose�ille Skating Cenier. <br />B. No Smoking <br />There wiil be no smoking allowed in any space at the Roseville Skating <br />Center. This is consisten# with Ci#y of Roseville ordinance_ <br />C. Schedul�ng <br />The scheduling policy shafl include the following priority ranking: <br />'! . City of Roseville activities. <br />2. Monday through Thursday, Roseville community groups (groups <br />affiliated with Roseville Parks and Recreation or who have 50% or <br />more Roseville members, who have scheduled 3 months in advance. <br />For major uses, community groups may be re-scheduled to another <br />facility with at least two weeks natice. (These groups are not charged <br />for meetings.) <br />3. Friday through Sunday, rental groups. <br />4. Friday through Sunday, community groups scheduled no more than 1 <br />week in advance. <br />D. Food and Beverage (afcohol and non-alcohol) Caterer <br />All rental groups providing food and beverage (alcohol and non-alcohol) at <br />the Roseville Skating Center wilf be allowed to use any iicensed and <br />insured caterer for the Rosevifle Skating Center. Catering fees will be <br />paid to the Roseville Skating Center by the user group according to the <br />rates set by the City. <br />E. Liquor Policy <br />The City of Rose�ifle allows liquor to be dispensed within #he Roseville <br />Skating Center under the following condi#ions: <br />1. Beverage alcohol can be setved and consumed in the community <br />rooms only and only when approved by the Director (or designee) of <br />Parks and Recreation. Absolutely NO ALCOHOL is allowed outside <br />tl�e communi#y rooms. The no alcohol areas include the game room, <br />Arena, QVAL and all lounge and Iockerroom areas. Beverage alcohol <br />can be dispensed only to person's twenty-one years of age or older <br />that are attending the event for which the liquor is being served. <br />
