All groups are <br />welcome to use the facilities under the laws of the United States, the State of <br />Minnesota and the Ordinances of the City of Roseville. <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Under fhese conditions, facilities may be schedulec! or reserved: <br />1. Activities that are a pa�t of the Roseville Parks and Recreation Department <br />Recreation program will rece'rve priority scheduling. <br />2. Affiliated groups will �-eceive priority after it�m #1. <br />3. Any groups wishing to use the facilities may schedule them for private use upon <br />paying the established fee in advance. These groups must agree that all activities <br />will be in accordance with the laws o# the United States, the State of Minnesota and <br />the Ordinances of #he City of Roseville. <br />4. Any group using a City of Roseville facility will be expected to reimburse #he City of <br />Rosevflle for any unusuat damage to the area or amenities. <br />5. Groups jointly sponsoring activities with the City must agree to detail how proceeds <br />wilf be used for community activities, improvements or developmenis.
