Provide opportunitics for sludents, families, and sta£f from different racial, <br />ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic groups to interact under conditions that are <br />designed to fflster productive social interactions. <br />2. Increase employee diversity to reflect thc population served. <br />SUGGESTED OUTCOMF,S: <br />1. Work wiih university teacher preparation programs, such as the CUE <br />program at St. Thomas, to increase the number of district employees that ref�ect <br />our underrepresented populations. <br />2. Continue to promote and fund rnulticuliural groups (ie: African American <br />Men's group, Asian Women's group...} that provide integration opportunilies <br />within the school distncE and with St. Paul. <br />3. Encourage and support grants written for Roscville and St. Paul classroom <br />integration experiences through local and EMID funding. <br />4. Provide fitnding for individual schools and programs to ensure that ati <br />learning climates honor diversity and .reflect fairness and respect for individuals. <br />S. Implement the Anti-Bullying curriculum or other respect-based <br />curriculum throughout the K-12 system. <br />6.
