Roll Call <br />Roll Call: (Voting 4rder) Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmember Schroeder were absent. <br />Acting Mayor Kough called the meeting to order at 5:37 p.m. <br />Work Session 5:3U p.m. <br />I. Review of Regular Meeting Agenda Regular Meeting <br />There were no changes to the Consent Agenda portion of the Agenda Review <br />regular meeting. <br />II. Presentations <br />A. School District 623 Operating Levy Referendum School District <br />_ Acting Mayor Kough advised that Dr. John Thein, I.S.D. 623 Operat�ng <br />School district No. b23 Superintendent would not be Levy <br />available for a presentation at the meeting. Referendum <br />B. Dispute Resolution Center Presentation <br />Execurive Director, Jeanne Zimmer, of the Dispute <br />Resolution Center (DRC) provided a bench handout <br />summarizing their program, and requested continued <br />f nancial support to assist their services in the <br />community. Ms. Zimmer introduced several <br />representarives of the Center: Ms. Jessica Kupka-Miller <br />{SP) and Larry Bohler, a volunteer with the DRC, as well <br />as a Roseville resident and member of the City's Human <br />Rights Commission. <br />City Manager Beets advised that the City provided $800 <br />per year to the DRC, and stated that staff had included <br />Dispute <br />Resolution <br />Center <br />Presentatiou <br />5:0� <br />Ro� <br />
