Consider Maximum Tax Levy Resolution <br />Finance Director Miller spoke to additional information <br />received today, and provided a revised draft resolution <br />for Council Consideration, establishing a Preliminary <br />Levy in the amount of $9,070,055. <br />Acting Mayor Kough expressed concern regarding the <br />proposed Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) <br />being included in the proposed resolution, as the HRA <br />had yet to be established, or requested funding. <br />Councilmember Maschka concurred. <br />Kiausing moved, Kough seconded amending the draft <br />resolunon to replace the wording "Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority" with "Conringency Fund" in <br />a preliminary levy amount of $1 Q0,000. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded adoption of <br />Resolution No. 10024 enritled, "Resolution Subm�thng <br />the Preliminary Properiy Tax Levy on Rea1 Estate to the <br />Ramsey County Auditor for the Fiscal Year of 2003," <br />Human Rights <br />Commission <br />Grant Applicatio� <br />Request <br />Resolution 1Q024, <br />10025 & 10026 <br />2003 Budget <br />Consider <br />Maximum Tax <br />Levy <br />Resolution <br />
