Primary and regular municipal electiou. <br />If a primary is necessary it will be held the first Tuesday after the first Monday in <br />September of every e�eFec� regular municipal election year. A regular municipal <br />election shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each <br />��� r,������u y.� o .. �nn� odd or even municipal election _ ey ar as <br />{.�� - � <br />determined by council bv ardinance. Voting shall be at such place or places as the city <br />council may designate_ The city manager shall give at least two weeks' published notice <br />of the time and place of holding such election and of the offices to be elected, but failure <br />ta give such notice shall not invalidaie the election. <br />
