Communications and Public Comments <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />F. <br />G. <br />H. <br />I. <br />J. <br />K. <br />L. <br />M. <br />N. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Consent Agenda 1. 2. ~ <br />Items Removed From Consent Agenda <br />Organizational Business <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />Recognitions <br />HearingsJ.'! <br />Land Use <br /> <br />Ordinances and Resolutions <br /> <br />Reports and Recommendations (Continued, if necessary) <br />Items Tabled <br /> <br />Other Business <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />23 Rule 15 Amendments to the Order of Business <br /> <br />24 The Council may, by unanimous vote, alter the order of the published agenda of the order of business. <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />26 Rule 16 Order of Business Agenda Items <br /> <br />27 The City Manager shall be responsible for preparation of agenda matters under the order of business and shall <br /> <br />28 reasonably accommodate the members of the council and community. Any two Council members may request <br /> <br />29 an item to be placed on the agenda. <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br />31 Footnotes: <br />32 (1) Consent items are considered as one item, requiring one motion for approval and one vote. <br />33 (2) If anyone wishes to discuss a consent item separately or vote on it as an individual action, that item can be separated from the list and <br />34 may be considered with the regular agenda. The rest of the Consent Agenda would then be adopted with the one motion, one vote <br />35 procedure. <br />36 (3) In matters requiring a previous public hearing before the Planning Commission, additional public comment maybe accepted by the City <br />37 Council. <br />38 (fl Variances for driveways, set backs, and other lot dimension issues, which have been the subject of public comment and/or have had split <br />39 votes from the Planning Commission after a Planning Commission public hearing, will be placed on the Land Use portion of the City <br />40 Council Agenda. <br />41 (5) Variances on which the Planning Commission held public hearings but, without public comment and have a unanimous <br />42 recommendation of the Planning Commission, will be placed on the City Council Consent Agenda, to be considered as generally routine <br />43 in nature. <br /> <br />3 <br />
