<br />3. That a 15 foot encroachment into the required front yard setback is detrimental to <br />the general health, safety, and welfare of the adjacent neighborhood. <br /> <br />4. That construction of a principal structure within the required 30 foot front yard <br />setback would be out of character with surrounding properties and principal <br />structures. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to DENY the <br />request by Charles Weleczki for a 15 foot VARIANCE to 9 I 004.016 (Residential Dimensional <br />Requirements - Front Yard Setback) in accordance with Section 91013.02 of the Roseville City <br />Code. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Pust and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Kough, Maschka, <br />Ihlan, Pust, and Klausing, <br /> <br />and none voted against; <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
