Public Comment <br />1. Sharon Gerb�r — resident — Encouraged Commissian to understand that the reason tF�e Charter <br />did not pass was because it did not have enough content <br />2. Tom Kough — resident — Complemented Commission and stated that a Charter was used in <br />Austin and that it was good <br />3. Polly Franke— resident — Questioned what would the group be doing if the Charter had passed, <br />would it have continued on. SpQke in favor of a representativ� government and against the <br />Charter. <br />4. Marilyn Rose-Sanft — resident — People voted the Charter down because they are happy with <br />their government. <br />IX. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 7:59 p.m. <br />Phillip J.
