Roseville Sister City Association <br />Minutes <br />Ma}r 2 , 2006 <br />Present: .7oyce Boardson, Jan Schultz, Virginia and Tom Turba <br />Minutes: <br />Treasurer's report: There has been no acCiva.ty. Account unehanged. <br />Cvsta Rica: Tom is still in cvntact with Costa Rica. The Roseville Community Band <br />is still planning to go down in 2008 at this Cime. <br />Information; The OJ.d Country Buffet has offered coupons for visitors and fuCure <br />evenCs. <br />The Cub Scout Pack is requesting information for pen-pals. Tom will get informa- <br />tion on Costa Rica for them. <br />Tom will see if he con find out who the teacher is that takes students to <br />Mexico to see if we can do anything with/for them. <br />Future activities: We will not be particxpating in the Rosefest parade rhis year. <br />The group discussed bu� did not take aCrtion on the idea of joining another <br />Sister City graup. AC this time, St. Pau1 is revamping their Sister City program. <br />5t. Pau1 has several Citites, not all of which are active at this time. <br />Next meeting: August S,'-2006, at 6:30 a� City Hall.
