Applicants shall be interviewed by the Council in <br />accordance with the State of Minnesota open meeting laws. <br />B. A uniform list of initial questions to be asked of ail <br />applicants shall be made available to the public and <br />�he applicants in advance of the interviews. To the <br />extent reasonably practicable, ques�ions askec� of all <br />applicants at the intervieti,�s shall be uniform. <br />9. Upon completion of the interview process, the Council may <br />ca�l for a vote to appoint an appiicant. Each Council member <br />may cast only one vote for a preferred applicant on each <br />called-for vote to appoint. IVo vate, which does not result in <br />a majority v�te for one candidate, shall xesult in elimination <br />from consideration of any candidate.
