Station Location, Apparafius, and SEaffing Analysis <br />RosevilIe, MN <br />RFD is the turnout time interval while the weakest compliance at the 90`� percentile is the travel <br />response time segment. Although this data is based on information provided in the CAD data, it <br />should also be noted that these time intervals do not exclude non-emergency calls. Thus, if only <br />emergency ca11s were factored into the analysis, the response times would more than likely be <br />lower. This would result in a more accurate measure of the response time segments for <br />emergency calls. <br />Station Location Analysis <br />This section exanunes RFD station caverage based on two scenarios identified by <br />Roseville: the current three-station system and the proposed two-station system that consists of <br />one existing station on Dale Street and a new station in the vicinity of County Road C W and <br />Snelling Avenue N. Theoretical coverage at the four, six an eight minute response timeframe <br />have been analyzed for eack� of the existing stations as well as the proposed new station. Maps <br />were created to illustrate the approximate response time reach for the e�sting station locations as <br />well as the proposed changes.
