There was no change in <br />collectian method or frequency. <br />Residents had a sligbtly higher income Ievel than <br />all the other test areas except for the Contrast <br />area. <br />Residents in this area had the second highest <br />participation rate in the "before" period at <br />85.25%. The had the lowest increase in the <br />"during" period of 2.0% ending wi#h the fourth <br />highest rate of 87.3%. <br />The Set out rate remained flat from the "before" <br />through the "during" period. The set out rate was <br />the second highest at 75% in the "before" period. <br />It rose 0.35% in the "during" period ending with <br />the fourth highest rate at 7535%. <br />This area had the second highest tons collected <br />per month in the "before" period at 8.2 tons per <br />rnonth. Residents set out 0.94 tons per month <br />more in the "during" period which r�vas the <br />smallest increase and at 11.5% it was the small <br />percentage increase as well. Weights were detertnined by taking the gross weight of the loads and <br />subtracting the amount of contaminants. Contaminant perceniages for each day were determined by taking <br />the average of the samples for that day in the "before" or "during" period composition sorts. <br />Residen#s izi this area set out the most pounds per household per month in the "before" period at 73.8 lbs per <br />household per month.
