City Finance Director Chris Miller advised that the expense of $279.00 was for legal expenses from Ratwik, Roszak, and Maloney outside the City Attorney services contract. Klausing moved, Pust seconded, approval of ACH Payment in the amount of$279.00 for attorney fees, related to the Twin Lakes Rede- velopment Project. Recognitions, Communications and Donations. 5.a Accept donation and recognize Roseville Rotary for their contributions to the Muriel Sahlin Arboretum Parks and Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke provided a brief back- ground of the involvement of the Roseville Rotary Club and their pro- vision of numerous improvements, services, programs and facilities in the community, specifically at the Muriel Sahlin Arboretum. Mr. Brokke introduced the Roseville Rotary Club, and representatives of the club, Don Severson and Paul Bredow, and noted their develop- ment of Rotary Woods established in 1998. Mr. Brokke noted that the Rotary Club provided sustaining financial support via speakers at their weekly meetings of $50 per speaker being contributed to the contin- ued development of Rotary Woods; with their total financial contribu- tion to-date in excess of $20,000. Jeff Evenson, Parks Project Coordinator, presented a brief review of the original Master Plan for the Central Park Arboretum and devel- opment to-date. Mr. Brokke and Mr. Evenson recognized the significant contribution of the Roseville Rotary Club, Mr. Severson and Mr. Bredow for their generous and significant contributions to the Muriel Sahlin Arbore- tum; and presented plaques to the club, Mr. Severson and Mr. Bre- dow.
