<br />City of <br /> <br />~,~ <br /> <br />Regular City Council Meeting <br />Minutes <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Monday, February 12, 2007 <br /> <br />Call Roll <br />Mayor Klausing called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at ap- <br />proximately 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. <br /> <br />(V oting and Seating Order for February: Kough; Ihlan; Roe; Pust; Klausing.) <br /> <br />Approve Agenda <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson was also present. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing advised that he had received a request to move Item 3 entitled, <br />"HUlnan Rights Essay Contest Winners," to the beginning of the agenda. <br /> <br />Councilmelnber Ihlan questioned if Iteln 10 entitled, "Consider Revised AUAR <br />Agreement with Dahlgren Shardlow and Uban," would be discussed tonight, or de- <br />ferred to a future agenda. <br /> <br />City Manager Bill Malinen requested, from a staff perspective, that the item be de- <br />ferred to a future meeting. <br /> <br />City Attorney Scott Anderson requested a few moments during tonight's agenda to <br />update the City Council on a Request for Appeal Hearing received from Axel's <br />Char House regarding their recent liquor violation and subsequent City Council ac- <br />tion. <br /> <br />Councihnelnber Roe requested removal of Consent Item 5.g entitled, "Accept the <br />Proposal from CivicPlus to Redesign the City's Website," for discussion. <br /> <br />The Agenda, as modified, was approved by consensus. <br /> <br />3. Human Rights Essay Contest Winners <br />Mayor Klausing invited Human Rights Commission Chair Janet Delmore to the <br />front.
