City of Roseville — 2005 Budget <br />Division /Program: Street Lighting <br />Organizational Responsibility: Public Works Director <br />Division / Program Description <br />Street Lighting provides for the maintenance of safe, well -lit signaled streets for the community and its <br />visitors, customers, and guests. Northern States Power maintains public streetlights under contract with <br />the City. Ramsey County contractually maintains city owned intersection signal lights.
