City of Roseville — 2006 Budget <br />Department /Program: Lawful Gambling <br />Organizational Responsibility: Finance Director <br />Department Description <br />The Lawful Gambling Regulation operation provides for the regulation of lawful gambling activities <br />within the City, in accordance with State Statutes and City Ordinance. The City has designated the <br />North Suburban Community Foundation, with the assistance of the Roseville Donor Advisory Board, <br />with the responsibility to allocate 10% of the net gambling profits to Roseville -based non - profit <br />organizations.
