City of Roseville — 2010 Budget Department /Program: Park Improvement Program Organizational Responsibility: Parks &Recreation Director Department Description The Park Improvement Program (PIP) provides for the preservation of parks, open space, and related recreational areas. The purpose of this fund is to renew and reconstruct existing park facilities.
