City of Roseville — 2012 Budget <br />Department /Program: Elections <br />Organizational Responsibility: City Manager <br />Department Description <br />The Elections Department administers all federal, state, county, and municipal elections held in the City <br />of Roseville. The Department's activities are accounted for in the General Fund. <br />2012 Goals and Objectives <br />• Coordinate elections function with Ramsey County. <br />Financial Summary <br />Total $ 761556 $ 261806 $ 741509 <br />FTE's 0.25 0.25 0.25 <br />$ 801655 $ 601125 $ (20,530) -25.5% <br />0.25 0.15 <br />2012 Budget Impact Items <br />• Personal Services decrease due to the reallocation of personnel expenses to the Communications <br />Program. <br />• Supplies and Materials decline is the result of contracting out most election - related services to <br />Ramsey County.
